Congratulations to Team Jones and Berthelot on a highly successful curling season.
Team Jones: 2001 Scott Tournament of Hearts and World Champions, Team Jones will soon hit the ice as Team Canada for the 2002 Scotts. Stronger than ever, they anticipate holding onto their title - and we support them100% in this honourable endeavour. Team Jones had a very fulfilling season on the women's curling circuit and turned a few heads in Gander, Newfoundland when they played an impressive 4-3 against the men in a World Curling Tour event. Team Berthelot: When Team Berthelot hit the ice together this past September they were a brand new team - each player bringing to the table their own level of expertise and many championships. In just a few short months, Team Berthelot grew to be known as one of Quebec's fiercest and greatest forces to be reckoned with in the landscape of Women's curling. In January 2002, Team Berthelot successfully qualified to play in Quebec's provincial playdowns. |
